Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly charming and delightful. The rooms were incredibly spacious and exuded old-world Italian charm, overlooking a lovely courtyard. They were beautifully decorated and well-equipped with a TV and refrigerator, making my stay very comfortable. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station and the historic center. However, the dining experience left something to be desired, with a lack of variety and an additional charge for coffee which was a downside.
The hotel was adorned with a large mirror, Murano glass chandeliers, and a very wonderful customized painting, overall CLEAN like no others. The rooms were clean and large, but a bit run down. The service was VERY friendly and flexible. The location was surrounded by wonderful trattorias and pizzerias, making it a perfect place to explore the enchanting but busy city of Florence. The dining experience offered a continental self-service with various options, though not exceptional. Overall, a great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were exceptionally clean with very nice bathrooms and comfy beds, just like the pictures on the Expedia website. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. The location was beautiful, not far from Duomo, providing easy access to the city center. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, mostly sweets, which was a small downside.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and featured very nice bathrooms, comfy beds, and a view overlooking a charming courtyard. The staff was pleasant and made my experience even more enjoyable. However, the dining options were limited. Overall, great value for money!
The hotel is ideally located surrounded by charming trattorias and historical sites, offering a peaceful retreat in the bustling city of Florence. The rooms, adorned with beautiful original paintings on the high ceilings, though small, provide a lovely setting. The service, while generally friendly, had its moments of being slightly rude. The dining experience was a mix of simplicity and deliciousness. The location is the standout feature, balancing proximity to main attractions and tranquility.
The hotel room I stayed in was very clean and nice, just like the pictures on Expedia. It was a bit small for two people with luggage, though. The service was friendly and welcoming, especially Adrian who was exceptionally helpful and hospitable. The location was great, close to all the attractions and in a quiet area away from the crowds. The dining experience was okay, with a good variety of food but nothing exceptional. The facilities were adequate, nothing extraordinary.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious, offering an old world Italian charm with a lovely view of the courtyard, though it could be noisy and mosquito-prone. The staff was pleasant, and the best part was that there were no extra charges for these fantastic rooms.
My stay at Renaissance Florence was fantastic. The rooms were large, beautifully decorated, equipped with a TV and refrigerator, boasting big comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The only drawback was the limited breakfast hours until 09:30.
My stay at the hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated in a Tuscan Manor style, but they tended to get a bit too hot at times. The service was exceptional, with Adrian standing out for his friendliness and helpfulness, although mosquitoes could be a nuisance. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful stay away from the busy tourist spots while being close to all the main sights in Florence. The dining options were acceptable but not outstanding, and the early closure could be inconvenient. However, the hotel provided a good value for the money.
The hotel is in a beautifully ornate Tuscan Manor, offering exceptionally clean rooms with very nice bathrooms and comfy beds. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Adrian, who was exceptionally helpful and hospitable. The location is a perfect mix of being close to all main historical sights and surrounded by wonderful trattorias and pizzerias while still being in a quiet, away-from-tourists area. The dining experience provides good, tasty, and unlimited options, including a variety of breakfast items, in a pleasant setting. The facilities are convenient and well-maintained.
